  1. Warranty service is provided only with the correct and clearly completed original warranty card stating the product model, sales date, serial number, warranty period, and the seller’s seal.*
  2. Lifetime of household appliances is 5 years.
  3. Lifetime of dishes and accessories for the kitchen and home is unlimited.
  4. The product is intended for consumer use. In case of use of a product in commercial activity, the seller/manufacturer does not bear any warranty obligations, service is performed on a fee basis.
  5. Warranty repairs are carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product at an authorized service center on terms and conditions specified by the current legislation of Ukraine.
  6. The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of a consumer’s violation of the operating instructions contained in the product instruction.
  7. The product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:
  • use not for purpose and not for consumer purposes;
  • mechanical damage;
  • damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects inside the product;
  • damage caused by natural disasters (rain, wind, lightning, etc.), fire, everyday factors (excessive humidity, dust, aggressive environment, etc.);
  • damage caused by mismatch of power supply parameters, cable networks to state standards and other similar factors;
  • at use in the power grid with the absence of a single circuit of grounding;
  • the violation of seals installed on the product;
  • the absence of serial number of the device, or the impossibility of identifying it.
  1. The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories, as well as filters, shelves, boxes, stands, and other storage containers.
  2. The warranty period lasts for 12 months to 5 years from the date of purchase.
  3. The warranty period of the dishes and accessories for the kitchen and home, in case of factory defects, lasts for month.
